VENDOR APPLICATIONs are open!

The Art Walk happens from 5-9pm on the Third Friday of each month, May-October in Strawberry Hill near Downtown KCK. We see approximately 1000-2000 people show up each month from all over the Kansas City area to browse art, watch performances, and consume a diverse range of delicious food and drink!

Each month, we shut down several blocks of 6th Street for our street gallery. We invite artists & vendors to set up interactive booths and sell their work within the road closure.

WHEN: 5-9pm every Third Friday, May-Oct

WHERE: 6th Street in Strawberry Hill, Downtown KCK

DEADLINE: Apply at least 3 weeks before the event you’d like to attend.

Vendors: Process & Requirements

We've refined our process to make it more equitable, meaningful, and valuable for everyone involved. Please get familiar with the new process, and check out the list of items below to do now if you're interested in applying this year. We've also added in more resources, especially for artists who may be just getting started selling their work!

2024 Vendor Timeline

  • Season Vendor Applications open: April. Apply to be approved for the whole season! Upload business/food license(s) if applicable.

  • If accepted, sign vendor agreement, upload any missing licenses.

  • Every Third Saturday: season vendors receive interest form to indicate their availability for the upcoming month.

  • Around the 1st of each month: 80-100 vendors are selected from the available pool and notified. Any other available vendors are placed on a waitlist for that month!

  • If selected for that month, vendors receive a link to pay a $25 booth fee.

If you aren't up to date on requirements that apply to you, please complete requirements before applying to be an Art Walk vendor! We will ask about relevant licenses on the application and take this into account when evaluating submissions. It's also important to note that we are required to send a list of vendors who attended to the Kansas Department of Revenue after each month's event.

Wyandotte County Requirements: go to all info
